As a user I would like to see Cycle and Lead Time on cards and on Board reports so that I can evaluate the performance of the team

It would be nice if I can see these metrics on each individual card and an average value in the board report.
It would help us:
- setting goals for operation teams e.g. our cycle time (the time duration from in progress to closed / delivered) should be under X day
- refine our backlog and easily select the expired features, e.g. stories with more than 3 months lead time will be archived / deleted as nonvalid stories

Thank you Bence Varga for this feedback. We also think that these metrics would be a useful addition to Scrum Mate. It's already in our product backlog and we'd be happy to prioritize it higher if we receive more votes.
